Cooking instructions:

  • Chicken Fillets
    Oven: Bake at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
    Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  • Beef Burgers
    Oven: Bake at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 20 minutes, turning halfway.
    BBQ: Grill over medium-high heat for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked (75°C internal temp).

  • Thin Pork Sausages
    Oven: Bake at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway.
    BBQ: Grill over medium heat for 15–20 minutes, turning regularly until golden and cooked through.

  • Gammon Slices
    Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until slightly crispy.
    Pan-Fry: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Pork Steaks
    Oven: Bake at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 20–25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
    Grill: Grill over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through (75°C internal temp).
  • Pork Chops
    Oven: Bake at 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas Mark 4 for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 75°C.
    Grill: Grill over medium heat for 6–7 minutes per side, ensuring internal temperature reaches 75°C.
